Sorry, the SR20 will not bolt in to S13 CA18 without serious modification.

The engine mounts are different (you need RB26 ones), the gearbox doesn't fit (best to buy an HKS dog set), and the manifold is on the wrong side...

Be wary that not many people go with this conversion, as it is very difficult. You won't find many workshops willing to help you out with this one.

are you sure about that?

there are plenty of CA-SR conversions going around.

besides the engine and gearbox, youll need everything attached to it, the engine loom, the SR20 powersteering pump (i think) and the aircon compressor (i think), alternator. if youre converting from auto, the tailshaft, clutch, clutch pedal and lines and master/slave cylinder. ideally an entire front cut is the best option.

its not impossible, i think people here have done it in a weekend with their own labour.

as for how much, it really depends if you do the work, or a workshop, how much you pickup the bits for.........

Probably more like that.

Although the engine swap itself is a piece of cake and 10 minutes on google should get you a walkthrough of how to do it, i'm sure i've seen a few walkthroughs for the swap around.
