put in a front mount today and have an electronic boost controller to put in how much boost is safe? how important are rocker arm stoppers???

10-12psi but some people are running 13-14psi no problems.

safe would be 10-12psi

yeah, id say 12psi to be safe, until you get some fuel system and ecu upgrades, then you'd be safe going up to 14psi.

i was about to say 13-14psi,
with a decent fuel upgrade (injectors, pump)
and a decent ecu (apexi pfc)

then you would be able to run about 17-18psi

about the rocker arm stoppers
what kind of driving do you do ? just street driving ? (hooning =P)
if you're going to take it to any track event (drags, drift, circuit, skidpan)
i recommend you getting the rocker arm stoppers incase you overrev, it's a cheap upgrade anyway

i want the car to be competent on the track but i do drive it every day thanks again for all the help
