My S13 Silvia never had the bracket in the boot where the stock jack sits.
I got one the other day and put it in.
Now i'm not entirely sure how the jack sits in it.
If anyone is walking past their car today sometime could you please just take a mobile phone piccy of how it's in there?
Should be the same in a 180sx as well :).

Thanks :).

It's pretty simple, but sometimes you have to wiggle it a big to get the jack in.

Wind (lower) the jack all the way in.

Squeeze it in the little flap in the boot for the jack.

The foot/bottom of the jack rests on the lower rung of the bracket, so essentially the jack faces up.

Then you wind the jack out using the adjuster so it expands and sits firmly in the bracket.

Does that make sense? Probably not.

I put the jack in after opening the flap on the left hand side of the boot in my 180 and S15.

Heaviest part of the jack goes to the bottom....lol

This has to be a sarcastic question....just BS

Nah it makes sense, it just looks funny with the lower part of the bracket sticking up but the lower part of the jack being flat....
