What did you do with the wiring for the horn and the airbag when you took the airbag wheel out?
You may need to somehow reset the error codes to get the airbag light to go back to normal but the horn thing would seem to be a very simple wiring error.

yeah there is a procedure to follow to reset the airbag computer

search on the forum, its quite easy, but you have to do something like open the drivers door, turn on the ignition but dont start the engine, turn on the rear demister and then press the door switch 5 times within 5 seconds. thats probably not it, but its something similar........

...as there's a good chance you've snapped it during fitment of the nardi.

the horn no longer working is the giveaway. the connection has most likely been broken either by misaligning the assembly and then snapping it the first time you've turned the wheel to full lock or by excessive pressure during assembly.

airbag fault lights usually go out on their own once the reason for the fault has been addressed.
