not many, if any.

injectors are 370cc on the S14 and 440 in the S15, I think. Rocker covers are different too ?

I may be wrong but the s15 motor has larger injectors, the holes in the rocker cover are smaller than that of the s14 meaning the coilpacks wont fit. you could use s15 coilpacks but you'd need to use the s15 loom and computer as the igniter is built into the loom, not a plug in like the s13 and s14. The side mount and other parts are the same. You just need to use the s14 coilpacks and injectors on a s15 motor to make it work. These are the only differences i found when i needed to swap my motor after it spun a bearing.

If we are talking jdm then yeah, the coil pack holes, turbo, ecu and injectors are the main ones. Also the fuel reg has a slightly higher base pressure to get the 480cc out of the injectors, they are around 440-450 at 2.5 bar base as found in other sr cars.

The turbo and injectors on the local s15 are the same as an s14 aren't they?

Not exactly,in the manual models they're crimson/red tops from memory, and are the same as the JDM engines,440cc.
S15 A/T versions have the same as the S14 - purple top 380cc.

the turbos are the same bar the turbine housing on the S15 having a partition to separate the wastegate and turbine flow. some are apparently ball bearing although noone was ever able to establish a set of parameters for which car got a BB core and which got a plain bearing unit.

other than that, small differences like 3 way cat and no egr on S15,much simpler heater and bypass hose setup under the intakle manifold on the S15,igniters built into the coil packs on S15,smarter ecu, thicker SMIC and so on.

Regarding the injectors- The S15 Manual ones are 440cc and the S15 Auto ones are 370cc.

To back up what some other have said:
Rocker cover is different (hole size)
Coil packs are different (S15 have ignitors built into the coilpacks)
Turbo exhaust housing is different (S15 has a wastegate seperator -same other than that). On top of that, the JDM model got ballbearing core.
ECU and loom are different
Cooling pipe arrangement under the plenum is different.

Not sure if dave is right about the fuel reg. I know they quote that the injectors are 480cc at higher pressure, but that doesn't mean the S15 actually run that higher pressure

I have run a 2871r in my 180sx for a while and noticed the turbo still spinning on shutdown....for 15-20 seconds.

I have owned an S13 CA18 with an S14 T28 (ADM), S13 with SR and T25 and upgraded to S15 (ADM) T28.

The new S15 (JDM) i own now with factory T28 spins down the same as the 2871r.

Not proof but I believe TMB and many others are correct.
