Depends what motor, I know of people who run 15 on stock setup (except exhaust)..

With proper cooling you can get 17 before the motor pings...

but at 17psi, you start to run the risk of the ceramic turbine starting to break up...?

ok cause i got a CA18 with a 3 inch from the turbo back
no front mount but getting one soon but getting a boost tab in a few days

a stock pump might find 17 a bit much.
id say 1 bar would be reliable with a stock cooler.

what do u mean by 1 bar????

about 14.7psi

2x atmospheric pressure.

(he he- utenvy)
(hehe, sure but most people are more confused by that :> call it 1 x more than it would be without forced induction :>) otherwise we'll have to have everyone talking about running 30 odd psi of boost! Except my N/A which will now be running 1 bar (well, a little bit lower, to account for manifold flow restriction )

You will find that the T25 or T25G wont produce or support more than 13 or 14psi if you are lucky. Yes you can boost it higher but motor will ping without a front mount, and your boost level will "spike" to what you have boosted it to breifly, then settle back lower. If you are looking to run more than 1 bar you should get a bigger turbo, front mount and fuel system.

Running more then 15psi on the t25 is asking for trouble. This is out of the efficiency range, and will eventually damage the turbo. You will find that you can spike to 16-17psi quite easy but you will not be able to hold it. Mostlikly will drip back to 12-13 once RPM gets to 5.5 - 6K.

You will have detonation at high rpm and your motor wont last long.
