carring out my first oil change on my S15 and need a little help, does anyone know what the oil filter part number is for a S15?

i can't seem to find a post where it mention the oil filter part number for S15, however i did buy a Z442, i hope this is the right one :( ...

just go to nissan and buy one from there. they are perfectly fine. for a few dollars its not worth risking your engine (no pun intended brad:P)

trust my luck to buy the wrong one :)

so i'm guessin Z442 is only for S13 and some 180s?

took your advise and got one from NISSAN, but does any know what the correct oil filter part# is for S15?

just out of interest - do u need to change the oil filter every service?

i have been changing it every second service....is this a bad thing??

dude for $20 why wouldnt you??

its a cheap safeguard to protect your motor! there is also old oil in the filter, not to mention whatever its picked up to clog up and use the internal bypass to pass more crap into your new oil.

just change it with every oil change

I know this is an old topic,but I went to Nissan today and was given a oil filter with the part number;

15208-65F0A

Can somone confirm this is correct?

That number is not listed on my filter or box.

The only one on the filter is;


15208-65F00
