No cat at all obviously cause it has no restriction to the flow but with that comes the law. Its illegal on the street as far as i know, high flow cat is better than standard cat although i have not experienced either thats what i here and can conclude. :) Hope i am a little helpful maybe someone knows better???
:D

the cat restricts the exhaust flow (and power) so having none will improve it, but then doesn't do the job of cleaning up the exhaust gases for environmental reasons. High flow cats are a compromise to get better flow, and still remain legal. They apparently do a good job of both. I have a GTR cat waiting to go on mine, so I'll have some kind of comparison then

no cat at all. no restriction in the exhaust.
but dont run without a cat on the street, heavy fines apply.

ultimate, straight through pipe from turbo back.

It's hard for the cops to find out when you still have the cat housing. I heard that all you have to do is tap the cat with a hammer to break up all the internals and eventually they'll shoot out the back of the exhaust.

I mite give this a go

all they have to do is just stand behind the car for long enough and they'll get the idea what you've done.

If you are going to try that make sure your pipes are straight through, or you will have a nice rattling instrument for an exhaust. This is the case on mine, but only half of mine is missing and it was not intentional at all.
