I got a CA18DE auto, and planning to change to manual
i know i need the manual tailshaft, gearbox, flywheel, clutch & pedal box..
but do i need anything else such as master and slave cylinder?

Yes, you will need the slave and master cylinder, and a rubber boot. But thats about it.

I heard something about i need to change the ratios or something like that as well... is that true?

Ummm.. your should change diff in most cases to a manual diff.

But alot of people just leave the auto diff in (as I was) and it gives you a bit of a harder take off (helps to get quicker off the mark) but you will loose a BIT of top end power, but seriously how often do u do 200kmph especially with a speed limiter in place :P
