My car seems to rattle everywhere. I have cut up an old bicycle inner tube and shoved bit around which has certainly improved things. Does any one know where to get rubber things like door/window seals etc from. It seems to me that all the places that sell Silvia stuff are only interested in performance parts like turbo's/ BOV's/ Intercoolers etc and while these are very important I would be happy to keep my car for ever if I could get all the rubber seals replaced so it felt closer to new again.

check out racebrakes @ wetheril park.

they were gonna charge me
$500 for
new pads front
and back
plus slotting
all fitted.

pads alone would be about $280
machining would prolly cost less the $150 for a pair.

is that too much...

that price would not include removal of your disc you will have to remove them your self but that is a good price to get disc's machined but remember once your discs are under a certain thickness they wont machine them because if the brake cylinder is fully extended your brakes might not work if your pads are low, and they may break under heavy braking
