i personally wouldnt bother unless you had a power fc. aussie managenent is MUCH better and deletes the need for afm. the best option if you want to keep your standard ecu is to get an exchange afm from UAS *free plug* they are much bigger and are cheap too!

They do need either some tuning, or a fuel controller of some kind as well though... Since it's a standard MAF machined out by 4mm the flow rate is a bit different through the actual sensor tube.
