nah that just means it has twin ceramic ball bearings.
ie - both bearings are ball bearing, and they're made of ceramic material.

heh. 800 hp turbo, for a engine that can only handle 320 stock *guess - SR20DET*

whats the highest HP Silvia? i probly think JUN's silvia is fastest :)
