What would be better in getting high power in the sr20 T67 or The GT30
good for 300rwkw+ mark

You would need to define exactly what wheels you are intending to use on the GT30 to give any form of educated answer

his right on the GT30 so many variations aronud but the t67 is a good match for the SR the one I have driven was a bit laggy but oh well. only making 280rwKw.

I think what you should be asking is: "What engine mods are needed for for high KW's?"

Even a stock turbo can blow your engine sky high without proper boost control. Just bump the boots up past 15psi and say bye bye to your SR. Aiming for good drivability and accelerator response is more useful on the road then outright horsepower! If you want to run high horsepower, you should seriously start thinking about strengthening your engine and drivetrain, so they can reliably cop it!
