I did the t25 to t28 and left 1 bolt out as it wasnt needed because I used a thick metal gasget.

Pretty straight forward. Just get new gasgets for everything as they are usualy stuffed on a ca anyway.
The oil return line is different so you will need to make one up or mod the current one.

Get GTR injectors if you can.

They flow well, supposedly rx7 12a injectors are good to use too.
All 3rd hand knowledge.

Ive already got the GTR injectors. They were cheap so I bought them even if I wasn't goin to use em. How far out was the bolt you left out. Easy enough to open up the hole and get a bolt in? I ve been told 13B injectors also work well but im goin with the GTR stuff might need a bigger fuel pump to hu

My t28 was off a 97 Aus delivered 200sx s14. A good front mount intercooler is necessary to run much more then 14psi. Else you will get detonation... though with the motec you can prob knock back the ign timing at high rpm.

Yeah ive got the intercooling covered with a trust front mount should be big enough core size is about 600 long by 400 high But I dunno if it will fit!
