for each turbo there is a boost level best suited for the turbo?
that true?

if so can i get some links on info for my gt2530?

Not quite a boost lkevel but an efficiency map with boost and airflow axis which defines where the turbo will work best (and where it won't work at all)

From memory, it's around the 1.3 bar area which should be the sweet spot.
