whats the lag like on the GT-RS?

i need a turbo for my setup, aimed power 250kw @ the wheels, but i want good low-midrange and also a good topend... so basically a good pwer curve

what would be a good turbo for this application? i have been readin this post, so now i have 3 to choose from...

HKS- GT-RS

HKS GT2530 (tuned for 220rwkw but good power band)

GT28RS "Disco Potato"

i dont know much about them any help would be much aprreciated

cheers

Laggy compared to stock S15 turbo.

Makes over 1 bar at around 3500-3700rpm point.

It starts to generate positiving pressure on full throttle at 2500rpm but nothing really happens until you go over 1 bar.

nope. the one that has good midrange has a .64 exhaust housing.
the other with the steeper but later power curve has the .86

obviously the .64 is a better choice providing no internals have been changed such as cams..etc.
if step 1 or 2 cams are going to be used, i'd definitely stick to the .86 rear housing. with that kind of set up, it's safe to say you'll be pushing close to the 240+ rwkw mark providing the other bolt on goodies are in place.
