look for an S15 turbo, that will be best bang for buck GTiR's are old, and thus the turbos wont be that fresh |

The GTIR turbo has a bigger exhaust housing, its the biggest of the nissan standard t28 range. It will definitely be more laggy then a s15bb. Its matched well to a GTiR SR20, but hasn't been seen to be a successful upgrade for most other SR20's. I'ld go a s15bb for the much better responsivness - or some other aftermarket bb turbo. |

I got a GTiR turbo on my s14 when my standard turbo siezed up, i did notice abit more lag but on full boost the car did feel alot more quicker than with my standard turbo. I cant say much about bb turbos though as ive never owned one im afraid. |

GTIR's had the quad throttle boddies so they would of reved a little harder im guessing so the bigger housing would of went well with that application as chanboy already stated but for a normal SR BB all the way much more responsive |
