Im running GT-RS and 20 psi and getting 245 rwkw with 256 pon cams, so smiller turbo (HKS smaller) and bit less boost, but yeah cams will only open that thing up more.. |

yeah we know that cams will open it up more but we wanna see wat our turbo kit can do on its own with out the support of cams once we have reached the limit with wat the turbo kit can do with out supporting cams we will bolt in our own cam shaft the cam shaft which we are planing on using is a custom cam shaft made to powertune specs which is a very low duration with a huge amount of lift |

Aiming for lots of low rev torque and no top end? Seems strange if you're planning to gauge improvement by drag strip times.. |

I think it's been well proven that a smaller turbo with a set of cams makes a better all round engine than the big turbo with standard cams setups people were playing with in the 90's |

we are aiming at building an all round fast car some thing we can market as a package Apologies then, i misunderstood your purpose. It should spool up nicely with cams like that! Although i'd be interested to see if you could get the same peak power out of it. DumHed, if that was directed at me i didn't mean that leaving the stock cams in there is better, just that low duration is generally no good for top end power. |
