Hi,
Im just wondering if anyone can post up the flow and efficiency maps for a Garrett t28 ball bearing turbo.

Am I right in saying they're not much good above 18psi?

they won't be much good at 18psi on an SR20 at high rpm...

They can make more boost at lower revs, or more boost on a smaller engine.

my T28 was running 22psi fine, didnt start to spool till about 3200rpm and hit full boost at just after 5000rpm

although now im only running 15psi it does seem alot more smoother boost

I think your taking about a different turbo mate, my standard S15 T28 is on full boost 17psi at about 3000-3100rpm

Same as whats on my S15 and my brother's mitsu engine.

I know at what rev range boost come on, drivability etc but need to know if it would be capable or counter productive to increase boost above 18psi.
