if u have the scream pipe pumping back into the exhaust system its not a defect but if u have it like mine just dumpin str8 out into the air its a defect

is the noise still the same if it goes back into the exhuast system as the way yourz is set up?or is it softer?

its softer when its being pumped back in to the exhaust system

how much can you get screamer pipes for? is it easy to install?

Its only a screamer pipe if it vents to atmosphere. If it vents back into the exhaust its just a wastegate return pipe

u need to have an external wastegate if u want it to do that

yuo can do it with an internal gate, you just need a separator in the turbine housing.

They never seal 100% though, so it'll always sound like a slight exhaust leak - till it opens up, then it sounds like a huge exhaust leak!

yeah ive seen it done as well the exhaust housing on the turbo needs a wall between the exhaust wheel and wastegate
(it leaks)

something to do with the fact it basically IS a huge exhaust leak :P
