i think u mean the type-1.. theres only that and the type-0

a turbo timer is a turbo timer it only has one job
if it were me i would just go down to the local wrecker and pick one up for $50
but if you want some rice get something pretty

thanks guys,

yeah i had done a search on this topic but they didnt contain teh information i needed. just wanted opinions of others of what they prefer..

yeah true.. a tt is just wat it is nothing special, but id like a flashy one thats not too expensive..

yeah i like the apexi small one.. and ill get my local auto electrician to instlal it for me..

approx how much to install? i can get the tt for $150

Apexi pen size turbo timer with s15 connection so no cutting of wires required, just plug in, $150

The Apexi pen timer sounds especially good in the way that you dont have to cut any wires so your electricals stay nice and neat the way they should be.

hey guys,

i followed the suggestions for apexi turbo timer

but since it was installed, ive had a few problems

car doesnt start all the time.

in tthe mornings, yes.. or start up first tiem in teh day

after engine is hot.. no.. it usually takes 3 times before it kicks over.. the revs dosesnt even reach 1k before it dies.. the auto electrician said cos its connected up in series, it drains the power to kick over.. can this be resolved?

Mate, I got the APEXi autotimer and the harness for S15 but I am not sure if you will have problems with the alarm/immobilizer stuffing up after the installation of the TT ??? Did your friend have an Alarm ??
