Fwiw: The Greddy full auto timer is $140(Rec retail) from most stockists.
It also comes with a variety of bells & whistles as does the Apexi item.
(Though is of box-like construction)
The plug-in loom to suit the S15 is $30 (Rec retail)...
Incidently it'll work with all Japanese turbo timers.

Realisticly though, choosing a TT these days is something of an asthetic decision as all the new items are quite reliable. (Japanese or otherwise)

So appart from getting what you like the look of & can understand how to use. Be sure that your retailer offers a 12month warranty if the product should fail for what-ever reason.

Further, to make your interior look clean & tidy, stick with the same theme throughout. Ie: Use the same manufacturer for supply of your TT as your EBC etc...

Regarding alarms etc...
Have your alarm guy fit a relay to trigger the alarm when the turbo timer, times out & switches off...

Mate, I got the APEXi autotimer and the harness for S15 but I am not sure if you will have problems with the alarm/immobilizer stuffing up after the installation of the TT ??? Did your friend have an Alarm ??



thats the problem im faced with..but ppls say it works with alarm...but u better get a good eletrictian to do it..maybe the guy that installed ur alarm?
