Hi,

i am wanting to purchase a GT2530 HKS turbo - but on greenline.jp there are 2 different types.

here they are...

HKS
GT2530 T3 63T/GT25 0.64 GT25
GT25 Flange. T3 63T/GT25 A/R 0.64.

HKS
GT2530 T3 63T/GT25 0.64 T3
T3 Flange. T3 63T/GT25 A/R 0.64

so..

what is the difference between a GT25 flange and a T3 flange?

they have exactly the same ratings and are exactly the same price....

this turbo is for a S14 sr20det in a 180sx.....

help would be appreciated.

cheers,
mark

Edit - [MYS15T] Sorry had to make the title a bit more descriptive.

the difference is that the T3 flange won't fit on the SR20 manifold :)

lol i just read that too!

thanks dude!

the t3 flange wont fit on the manifold, as they are T2, so the GT25 is for me!

t3 flange is more suited for rb engines...

if anyone's accidentally bought the T3 flange one and can't get rid of it I'll take it - my manifold has a T3 flange :)

Also be aware that there a 2 versions of the t25 gt2530. One has an open flange to suit sr/ca and the other is a more compact ex housing with a studded flange to suit the GTR in a paired form.
